Rescuing vinyl records on death row from junk shops, charity shops, market stalls and local community hubs. Any interesting, obscure and bizarre items found and secured for budget prices will be reviewed and given some promotion on my new blog ‘Junk Box Jury’.

I will digitise, master and create enjoyable music mixes and YouTube uploads from these unwanted pieces of plastic and who knows, you may like them too?

the qualification

The vinyl record has got to be found in-the-wild and purchased from any of the establishments outlined in ‘the concept’. No records bought online or from bricks and mortar shops are considered for inclusion on ‘Junk Box Jury.

the experience

‘Junk Box Jury’, where other people’s junk is this website’s treasure. Tune into oddities, budget label compilations, faceless studio cover-versions, theme tunes, bizarre noises, comedy, soundtracks, country, glam, and assorted vinyl record weirdness.
